What you purchase
A personalized digital-art order is a digital artwork created for you using the order details and reference material you provide. The product description and checkout details identify what is included in the specific piece you choose.
These terms are intended for Tinselwild personalized digital-art purchases. If a listing describes a different format or delivery method, read that listing alongside these terms.
Reference photos
You may submit a reference photo to help create the artwork you ordered. Tinselwild will use that photo to create the ordered artwork and should handle it securely while it is needed for that work.
The permitted uses, retention period, and deletion process for reference photos still need owner-supplied final policy text. No broader use or specific deletion timeline is promised by this draft.
Delivery timing
The current delivery estimate for personalized digital art is 2–4 business days. This is an estimate for preparing and delivering the digital artwork, not a promise of an exact delivery date.
Refunds
Digital-art orders are non-refundable under the requested Tinselwild policy. This policy must still be reviewed and adjusted where applicable consumer law requires a different result.
One redo if you are unhappy
If you are unhappy with your personalized digital artwork, Tinselwild offers one redo. Share your feedback so the artwork can be revised once. This redo is the requested remedy for dissatisfaction and does not change the separate owner-review requirement above.
Your responsibilities
Only submit reference photos that you have permission to use for this order. Make sure the order information and contact details you provide are accurate, and give clear feedback if you request your one redo.
You are responsible for keeping your own copy of any delivered digital artwork and using it in accordance with any instructions that accompany the specific listing.
Details to confirm before launch
The owner still needs to supply and review the business identity, legal contact or reviewer details, governing law, effective date, and final reference-photo use, retention, and deletion language. Those details are intentionally not invented here.
